Working for yourself has its many benefits, but one benefit I always had from working retail was i was always around great people. Those people started out as co-workers and would eventually grow to be friends. From the beginning you could tell these two individuals had something special for each other. When i met these people about 7-8 years ago, i never would have imagined that i would be taking their engagement pictures and then shooting their wedding years later. One of the things i miss the most about working retail is the co-workers and the bonds that you build with the people you spend most of your days with.
